rooms are non-smoking and that
there will be a penalty of Php5000
should they smoke inside the room.
13. Advise the guest that our Bell
service staff will assist him with his
luggage.
14. Thank the guest and wish him a
pleasant stay.
15. Escort guest to the room when
necessary.
