Who is a cartographer?
Absoulute location is exactley where something is.
The prime meridian is in greenwich england. The equator is the line that goes across the center of the earth. The tropic of cancer is north of the equator, in between the Artic and the equator. The tropic of capricorn is south of the equator in between antartica and the equatpr. The artic and antartic circle are at very most north and south equator. The international date line runs between north and south of the poles. Everything mentioned here is an imaginary line.
To find the lattitude, you trace the place you want to finds lattitude number on the east/west side. Then, you find the longitude on the south/north side.
Name of the meaurment used to find absoulote location
Because the globe is a sphere, and there is 360 degrees in a sphere, there is 360 degrees of latitude. Lattitude is only 180 degrees, which is half of a sphere

The tilt of the Earth's axis
Because of the earths inderect/direct sunlight, they switch seasons.
Because the earth is on an axis and revolving around the sun the Sun always hits one part of the earth directly (except the equator, its always hitting the equator.) because its hitting one psrt of the earth, that part pf the earth becomes hotter.
