As i previously stated Tesco's FoodLoveStories campaign really interested me. It was my favourite as i could see the way Tesco utlised this campaign to engage younger viewers due to the interactivity of the campaign as well as the appeal to the emotive side of consumers
the consumption of social media is so high and people use multiple social media platforms in a given day. So, it is important for brands to use social media to interact with their customers to build a positive image, keep existing customers loyal, solve their problems with the products or answer their queries.
