assit vendors
restock kitechen
answer general calls
keep up with emails
scan paper work
maintain rooms clean
food delieveries accept deliveries

once/twice a week..

check what supplies need to be ordered thru amazon
restock coffee
utensils
printer paper
supplies where near hugh sits

on fridays..

open top and bottem of the coffee machine for the cleaning lady
make sure that before the cleaning lady leaves the fridge is clean
send out the "fridge cleaning" email to everyone
before you leave make sure there is no old food in the fridge.

parking validations

you must log into the log
date / last 4# on the ticket/ name/reason
when u give one out you write on the copy the reason

let john know when youre out of valadation tickets

tickets are only for..

new hires, clients, and some vendors

coffeee machine

coffee guy will come to you and have you sign the invoice
once you get the invoice tell him to give you a moment to verify and sign
you will scan the invoice to yourself
write an email

fedex

you will recieve checks in the mail
"network capital funding corporation"
scan it to yourself, send to lilianne
always checks must go to our office in irvine, to the funding department

new hires

have them fill out an i-9 form
ask the new hire if they will be parking
ask for documentation and make copy
take them to security
