The Scapula and Clavicle. Attaches upper limb to trunk
Supraspinous, infraspinous, Teres minor, Subscapularis
Occipital (base of skull), ligamentum nuchae (c1-7), spinous process (c7-t12), laterally to scapular to wrap around the clavicle
Spinous processes T2-5, medial border of scapula (deep to the trapezius)
C7-T1, to the medial border of the scapula a level to the spine at the scapula (superior to the major)
Transverse processes C1-4 to the medial border of the scapula (superior)
Lateral ribs 1-8 to the medial border of the scapula (goes under the scapula)
Attaches to ribs 3-5 to the coracoid process
From the clavicle to the sternum and humerus, most superficial
coracoid process to the shaft of the humerus
Posterior inferior part of the scapula and crosses under to the medial side of the humerus
T7-L5 and crosses under the humerus
Lateral part of clavicle, spinal and acromion process of the scapula to the deltoid tuberosity of the humerus
Supraspinatus fossa and the acromion process
infraspinatus fossa of the scapula to the greater tubercle of the humerus
posterior surface of the scapula to the greater tubercle of the humerus
subscapular fossa to the humerus (anterior side of the scapula)
long: from the radial tuberosity and wraps around around to attach to the scapula
short: from radial tuberosity to the coracoid process
Midway on the humerus to the ulnar tuberosity (lateral)
lateral supracondylar humerus and the distal end of the radius
Long: Tubercle of the scapula to the olecaranon process
Lateral: Humerus to the olecranon process
Medial: Humerus to the olecranon process
Medial epicondyle of humerus to the coronoid process of the ulna
Anterior surface of the ulna to the anterior surface of the radius
Lateral epicondyle of the humerus to the posterior ulna and radius
Medial epicondyle of the humerus and splits to the phalanges
Lateral epicondyle to the phalanges
Transverse process of T4-12 to the lesser trochanter of the left and right femur
T12 and L1 to the pubic bone
Upper 2/3 of illiac fossa and the lesser trochanter of the femur
Lateral ridge of the sacrum and the greater trochanter of femur
Illiac crest to the greater trochanter
Illiac fossa to the greater trochanter
Anterior side of the sacrum to the greater trochanter of the femur
The superior part of iliac crest to the IT band
Bottom of the middle pelvis to the to the lesser trochanter of the femur (most superior of the inner thigh)
Pubis to the posterior femur (deep to the hamstrings)
anterior body of the pubis to the medial lip of the femur (linea aspera)
body of the pubis to the middle third of linea aspera of the femur (medial lip)
Superior: ramus of the pubis to upper part of the linea aspera
Inferior: ramus of the ischium
Ischial Ramus, inferior pubic ramus to the medial side of the tibia
Ischial Tuberosity and crosses into the medial tibia (more superficial)
Ischial Tuberosity to the medial side of the tibia (more medial)
Long: Ischial tuberosity to head of tibia
Short: Femur to the head of tibia
Anterior superior illiac spine (ASIS) to medial tibia
Anterior Inferior iliac spine (AIIS) to the tibial tuberosity
