Controversial opinions ab it - see as taking away a potential human life ; Cant guarantee that it'll differentiate into the exact cell that we wanted it to be ; will encounter rejection from body ( white blood cell will fight back) because it's not your cell

avt : it's partly specialised already so higher guarantee that it'll differentiate to the specialise that we want it to be ; no rejection from body bc it's yours
dvt : bc it is partly specialised alr so it cant differentiate into any specialise cell
