Precautions PBE

remove objects from around head
ensure long hair is contained inside the hood

don the hood promptly after activation

if hood collapses, remove it and obtain a new one

do not remove hood near sparks of flames

Operation PBE

snapping the two cylinders apart, hissing sound of flowing oxygen, inflation and green light indicates it is working properly. palms facing eachother to don the hood around head

Duration PBE

8 to 10 minutes oxygen flow, minimum 15 minutes of use.

pressure gauge needle is between the green band and full.

pressure gauge needle is in the red band

reverse for taking off

can be set to normal or 100% oxygen

can be set to free flowing also
