Adult: 300 - 400mg PO, may repeat 4-6 hours, max 1200mg/day
Ped: 10mg/kg PO, may repeat 6 hours, max 40mg/kg/day

x hypersensitivity/ allergy to IBP or NSAIDs
x active GI bleeding or ulcers
x pregnancy

3mL self administered via inhaler, may repeat in 20min, max 6mL

x under 18
x pregnant/ intended/ breastfeeding
x inadequate understanding/ cooperation
x decreased LOR or head injury
x kidneys - failure or impairment
x liver dysfunction following exposure to halogenated anaesthetics
x tetracycline antibiotics
x personal/ genetic hx of malignant hyperthermia
x muscular dystrophy

x hypersensitivity/ allergy to acetaminophen
x severe alcoholic hepatitis or liver dysfunction with active alcohol consumption
x acute liver injury
x acetaminophen induced liver disease

adult: 500-1000mg (15mg/kg, max 1000mg/ dose, max 3000mg/ day)
ped: <30kg: 15mg/kg
30 - 50kg: 500 mg
