what is Anticipated Turbulence?

Turbulence that can be predicted. Flight crew warns CSM of the time a likely duration, CSM will pass onto cabin crew to prepare galley and cabin. Flight crew illuminates the seatbelt sign and the crew must sit in their jump seat within one minute of the sign illuminating. They will make a PA: “All passengers and crew be seated and fasten seatbelts”.
CSM initiates callback.
