To measure the rate of an enzyme reaction
-Time take for a colour change using indicator
-Or mass/volume of product produced
-Change in pH (lipids)
-Volume of solutions
-concentration of solutions
-pH or temperature
(note that it will be which ever isnt your independent variable)
-Use a water bath to vary temp
-Use same concentrations + volumes of solutions
-Measure the time it takes for iodine to stop changing to blue/black ( all starch digested ) - Take samples of solution every 30s and testing with iodine until it no longer turns blue/black
