What is magnetic force?

Magnetic force/magnetism is the the force that magnets exert on materials that contain iron, steel, cobalt and nickel.

What are magnetic materials?

Magnetic materials are objects that are attracted by a magnet.

What are nonmagnetic materials?

Nonmagnetic materials are materials that are not attracted by a magnet.

What is the north pole?

The north pole is a pole at the end of a magnet that is dissimilar to the south pole.

What is the south pole?

The south pole is a pole at the end of a magnet that is dissimilar to the north pole.

What is polarity?

Polarity is when a molecule has a slightly positive end and a slightly negative end.

Magnets have a definite polarity.
