The law must be: written and accesible, apply to all including government regardless of status, reflect needs of governed people and be independent of influence from other parts of government

Duty of Care, Standard of Care (forseeability, gravity, hardship, community standards), Causation and Damages. With no contributory negligence or voluntary assumption of risk.
How do you prove assault?
Intentional creation of fear of attack with no consent, defence or legal authority.
How do you prove battery?
Attack with no consent, defence or legal authority.
How do you prove trespass?
Entering property without consent, legal authority or necessity.
How do you prove Nuisance?
Significant interference with ability to enjoy property.
How do you prove Defamation?
Spreading of libel or slander without truth, absolute privlige, qualified privlige or fair comment.
How do you prove invasion of privacy?
Intrusion upon seclusion or public disclosure of private facts
What are the legal defences in a criminal case?
Automatism, Acting in Authority, Alibi, Consent, Defence of Property, Duress, Entrapment, Intoxication, Necessity, Provocation and Self defense
What are your legal rights when detained or arrested?
The officer must identify themself as such, tell you what you are being detained/arrested for, inform you of your right to seek counsel and inform you that anything you say can be used as evidence in a court of law.
