Parotid gland - largest salivary gland. Located near the ear
Thymus - Gland in the chest, important for immune system development
Mediastinum - The central compartmend in the chest cavity containing the thymus, heart, and major blood vesels. Lymph nodes. Important for immune system
Cardia (of the stomach) - the upper opening of the stomach where the esophagus connects. Prevents reflux and starts digestion
