Bantong, a young warrior, managed to kill Rabut while it slept, but the battle caused the land to change drastically, forming new islets and rivers. A tall, perfectly cone-shaped volcano, now known as MOUNT MAYON, emerged, marking the end of Ibalon’s struggles and symbolizing the legacy of its heroes.
