brush up the medial side 3 times then one big sweep down the lateral side
ITB irritation/TFL tighness/GT bursitis
Lay on side, legs 90/90
pull leg back and let the knee drop onto the bed
sit on edge of bed, lay back flat with both legs on chest
slowly lower one down as far as possible
positive test - lack of knee flexion, hip abducted, hip flexed
tests PCL
bend knee while led down
sag in knee is bad
lay prone with knee flexed, 90
leg on thigh
lower leg with external and internal flexion and raise with traction
compression - meniscus, traction - ligament
ACL
lay prone
lift leg manually
grip with thumb un tibial tuberostiy and other hand fixing femur
pull tibia up and slightly external rotate
ACL
hand under calf
push down on thigh
foot shoud lift up
failure to lift is bad
meniscus
lay on bag, sweeping grinding motion by bringing their foot towards them
meniscus in dynamic loading
standing up on one leg
hold arms and rotate them
