Altération d'une fonction cognitive précedemment acquise
DEF troubles developpementaux
émergent au cours de l'enfance, n'impliquent pas d'atteinte cérébrales avéré, incapacité durable de développer une fonction donnée, en lien avec le developpement des apprentissages.
DEF Syndrome
Associations de symptomes = co-occurence de deficits consécutifs à une lésion cérébrale
DEF Double dissociation
Si une fonction A peut etre perturbée en épargnant B, et inverssement, alors A et B sont des fonctions cognitives autonomes.
DEF Aphasie
Déficit dans la production et / ou la compréhension du langage
Lésions dans l'hémisphère gauche, lésions focales
Sémiologies des aphasies
- Trouble de la fluence (logorrhée)
- Trouble de l'articulation
- Manques du mot
- Paraphasies (phonémiques, verbales, sémantiques
- Néologisme (jargon)
- Trouble de la syntaxe (agrammatisme)

Reduction massive du langage spontané qui peut aller jusqu'au mutisme
Manque du mot important
Préservation des capacités de répétition (echolalies)
Lésion dans la région pré-motrice , en avant de l'aire de Broca
Caractéristiques de l'Aphasie transcorticale sensorielle
Perturbation de la compréhension
Préservation de la répétition avec tendance echolalique / psittacisme
Lésion en arrière de l'aire de Broca
Caractéristiques de l'Aphasie transcorticales mixte
Aphasie globale
Mais intégrité de la répétition
DEF Aphaise anomique
Aphaise fluente caractérisée par un important manque du mot
Lésion pariétal gauche (gyus angulaire)
