-The special meal shared at passover (roasted lamb, bitter herbs, unleavened bread.)

-The flight of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt to freedom in the promised land.
Exodus
-The moral and religious responsibilities of the Israelites in keeping the covenant.
Torah / Law
-The belief in one God.

-The belief in many Gods.

-The promised land entrused to the people of the covenant.
