The Pomodoro Technique is a method for improving your productivity. It is based on the idea that frequent breaks can improve focus and efficiency.

  • Set the pomodoro timer (typically for 25 minutes).
  • Focus on the task.
  • When the timer rings, take a short break (typically 5-10 minutes).
  • Repeat until you go through all cycles (typically 4), then take a long break (typically 15-30 minutes).
