Raise bed height. Provide for resident safety

Position a waterproof pad under the resident.

. Position resident on bedpan safely and correctly. (Pan not upside down, is centered, etc.)

. Raise head of bed to comfortable level.

. Leave tissue within reach of resident.

Step behind privacy curtain to provide privacy for resident.
