Canadian Human Rights Act (1977):

Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (1982):

If anyone doesnt have those conditions met, it isn’t just. Violation of human rights.

Ontario Human Rights Code (1962):

a law that prohibits discrimination in Ontario and guarantees equal rights and opportunities.
