African American History : American Civil War Era I

During the American Civil War , this Slave and his kith and kin aboard and stowaway the Plantar , the Confederate gunboat . He masqueraded as a ship captain. Surreptitiously, he bypassed Fort Sumter and navigated the vessel out of Charleston Harbor to be delivered up to the Union. Given his act of Patriotism , he rose and served the Constituents as a South Carolina State Legislature and as a 1st term Congressman.

As an integral part of the War Department , it made provisional adminicle , & distribution of food , fuel , clothing , ration , and medical supplies to Freedmen , Freed women , and children . This Confederation was a collective bodies of 11 secessionist states . It was formed on 08 February 1861 under the provisional leadership of President Jefferson Davis and Vice president Alexander Stephens. This union was neither a Federation nor a Federal Union. Simply, it promulgated the defense of Central governance and nullification of Federal government's control of the Deep South States. In Montgomery, Alabama, its constitution emphasized these enumerations: a) its perpetuity of Racial Slavery as a mode of economy, b) The protection of Interstate Domestic slave trade, and c) the protection of Confederacy 's acquisition of territories for the purpose of African Slavery. Confederates had strong intransigence, razzaphobia, Xenophobia, and racial animus as indicative of their profound hatred of the African physiognomy ( e.g dark melanin, broad nose ,and coiled or curly hair) given the White's association of African phenotypes with subhumanness rather than just an Anthropological diversity , pulchritude , and uniqueness. The Article One Section 9 clause stated, "...No law impairing or denying the rights of property in Negro Slavery shall be passed.." In all translation, it proscribed any law causing interference, denial, or impairment of the Confederate White & Native Indian's rights to a racially defined Human Chattelism. Given its constitution semblance with the 1787 U.S. Constitution, it contained a quasi federalized branches of the Executive, Legislative , and Judicial. The only Constitutional differences laid in the creation of 6 years term limit for the Confederate President. Identify this Confederation .

As a deterrent measure to preclude the Secessionists' threat of leaving the Union. Congress squashed this bill on 16 January 1861.
