2. Puts on gloves

3. Place graduate on flat, level surface and poor contents of bedpan or foley catheter into graduate.

4. If draining a foley catheter, ensure the drain does not touch the graduate: Close position clamp When complete

5. With graduate at eye level, measure output.

6. Rinse equipment used and empty rinse water into the designated toilet/commode.

7. Return all equipment to storag

8. Remove gloves and discard.

*9. Record output in mis on recording form, must be within 25 ml of evulator
